Lynne Dueck moved to Calgary in 2013. She is a retired secondary school teacher and counsellor. Lynne began volunteering with the Calgary Police Service Victim Assistance unit in 2014. In February 2017, Lynne was hired by the Calgary Police Service as a coordinator at Victim Assistant.
From Lynne: My experiences, both as a volunteer, and CPS civilian member have connected me to Calgary in a way I could never have imagined. I have been volunteering as a greeter for the Calgary Homicide Support Society meetings for over a year and a half. To have the opportunity to serve and support those who have loved ones to homicide on the Board of Directors is truly a privilege.
